From the creator of The Mirage, Treasure Island and The Bellagio comes one of the world’s best hotels. The Wynn-Encore is the most awarded hotel in the USA, not just in Las Vegas, and once you see the facilities on offer it’s not a surprise.

The Wynn-Encore cost a whopping $2.7bn to build and even has its own 18-hole golf course! This is a mega hotel in every sense, so don’t expect to be bowled over by the customer service. Owned and developed by Steve Wynn, you’d expect nothing less than extravagance and glitz. The bedrooms in this mega resort are absolutely superb, probably the most luxurious “standard” bedrooms in town.

The Wynn-Encore is at the high end of Vegas resort accommodation, and once you’re booked in you’ll still have to dig deep for wi-fi, gym access and a round of golf will set you back nearly $400 too. There’s even a drinks bar (XS) where The Ono cocktail can be purchased for $10,000! (yes – that’s just for one drink). For mere financial mortals, pop into the VDKA bar and choose from over 150 different Vodka flavours. Wynn has three great night clubs, XS, Surrender and Tryst.

Let’s face it, whatever you do at the Wynn-Encore will cost you a lot of money, and that’s before you visit the casino.

This is very much a high roller Las Vegas Resort in every sense, and that includes the 111,000 square foot casino. Sure, you can bet $5 on the pokies here but that’s not where most of the action is. Head over to the VIP tables and you’ll see millions of dollars being bet every minute on high stakes Blackjack and Baccarat. If you want a bet on Sports or racing though you’ll need to head over to the nearby Wynn Las Vegas.

If you’ve still got any money left after golf, spas and the casino then try eating at one of several world class restaurants like Sinatra from Theo Schoenegger, or Botero from Mark LoRusso. Or if you’ve won big at the tables then pop down to the Penske Ferrari Masserati dealership for some new wheels!

Check out the Wynn-Encore website for special offers, including booking discounts of up to 25%. But don’t expect a budget holiday at this resort, this is high end, opulent and extravagant. And most definitely not for the frugal.
